Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Nasoxen device. We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To start a return, you must first request and receive authorization from our support team at Nasoxen@proton.me. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Nasoxen device is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you have used your device consistently and as directed for 30 days and it did not deliver the results you expected, you may request a full refund (proof of consistent use may be requested).

Please note:

  • This guarantee applies to customers who follow the recommended usage guidelines for 30 consecutive days.
  • Refunds are not granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction with appearance, or for items that are simply unopened/unused.

How to Return an Order

  1. Email us at Nasoxen@proton.me with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once approved, pack the item securely in a box.
  3. Affix the return label squarely on the address side of the parcel, covering any previous label or barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  4. Apply the correct postage and ship from the post office or carrier of your choice, using the address we provide.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Nasoxen covers the full cost of return shipping.
  • All other approved returns: the customer arranges and pays for return shipping.

Typical return costs: U.S. returns roughly $4–$9 USD; international returns vary by local carrier. We never charge restocking or handling fees.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned solely due to personal preference or change of mind (including with unopened packaging)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to request an authorized return for the defective or incorrect item and place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Lost Shipments

If at least 2 days have passed beyond the expected delivery date, please email us at Nasoxen@proton.me and allow us up to 5 days to investigate the parcel's whereabouts with the carrier. If the shipment cannot be located after that investigation, it will be declared lost and you will be entitled to a full refund, or we will send a replacement if you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Nasoxen@proton.me.

Subscription Orders

For customers enrolled in a Nasoxen subscription plan, please note:

  • Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
  • To avoid being charged and shipped for the next cycle, cancel or modify your subscription before your upcoming billing date.
  • You can manage your subscription anytime from your customer account, or by contacting us at Nasoxen@proton.me.
