📦 Order Confirmation & Shipping
As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email from Nasoxen at Nasoxen@proton.me, confirming we've received your order and pre-authorized your payment.
Once your order is processed and shipped, we'll email you the tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We offer paid premium worldwide shipping, plus optional upgrades for faster service and added protection.
Standard shipping is $4.95 on all orders.
- Cut-off time: 11:00 AM PST (Mon–Fri)
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Estimated delivery time — USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 business days
✅ Order Questions & Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number right after purchase. Check your Spam/Promotions folder if it's not in your inbox.
If you didn't receive one, email us at Nasoxen@proton.me with the subject: "Order Confirmation Not Received".
To track your order, use the tracking number sent to your email. If you don't receive tracking within 7 business days, please contact us.

We ship using reliable partners like USPS and others, depending on your region.
High-value shipments may require a signature on delivery.

We may cancel orders if:
